Whether for a romantic evening, a special celebration, or simply for pleasure, let yourself be captivated by the magical atmosphere of this exceptional dinner cruise.

Start with a burst of heirloom tomatoes, creamy burrata and a mirepoix of colorful vegetables with Andalusian gazpacho.
Alternatively, opt for a red tuna crudita with aguachile verde, crispy colorful radishes, and brioche toast.
For an additional fee, enjoy whole peppered duck foie gras from the Southwest with fig chutney, mixed endives and walnut kernels, walnut oil vinaigrette, and homemade hallot fleur de sel.

For the main course, choose between a tender free-range chicken, slow-cooked on a bed of creamy spinach, smashed potatoes, caramelized onions, and a light lemon jus OR a sea bream fillet in strips qith silky sweet potato purée, virgin sauce with heirloom mini tomatoes.
For vegan or vegetarian options, you may order a roasted butternut squash with cumin and its homemade ratatouille with a twist, quinoa falafel.
