Description

Celebrate the new year in Paris with a dinner cruise on the River Seine. Indulge in a 3-course fine French dining experience designed in the tradition of French gastronomy. Wine, Champagne, and live DJ music will accompany you as the clock strikes midnight.
Set sail from Port de Solférino at the foot of the Orsay Museum and cruise for around three hours, taking in the sights along the Seine including unobstructed views of the Eiffel Tower.
As you sail, savor the flavors of French cuisine with an exquisite menu. Wash your meal down with a half bottle of wine and a glass of Champagne.
The cruise will return to the dock after midnight where you will enjoy a late night of dancing to music from the onboard DJ.

A glass of Champagne accompanied by five exquisite canapés:
Smoked duck breast with peach confit on a golden waffle - Tomato macaron - Foie gras “Treasure” - Smoked salmon bagel - Beetroot and goat cheese pyramid

Starter : Lobster bisque with a delicate slice of lobster

Main Course — Choice of One
Skewer of poultry medallion stuffed with truffle and prawn
Monkfish and shrimp prawns skewer with champagne sauce
Falafel and quinoa skewer with champagne sauce (Vegetarian option)

Accompaniments : Verrine of truffled mashed potatoes and honey-thyme roasted baby carrots

Cheese Selection : Morbier and goat cheese with red flakes, served with a mixed salad and raspberry vinaigrette

Gourmet Dessert Plate : Breton shortbread with vanilla cream and autumn fruits
Chocolate–hazelnut pyramid - Pistachio choux pastry - Chocolate–passion fruit crisp - Banana–caramel tartlet
